15 Exercises For Healthy Eyes

Exercising your eyes regularly can help improve focus, strengthen eye muscles, and reduce eye strain. Here are 15 exercises for healthy eyes:

  1. Palming:

  2. Rub your palms together to generate heat, then cup them over your closed eyes without applying pressure. Relax and breathe deeply for a few minutes.

  3. Eye Rolling:

  4. Slowly roll your eyes in a clockwise direction, then reverse and roll them counterclockwise. Repeat several times.

  5. Focus Shifting:

  6. Hold your thumb in front of you at arm's length. Focus on your thumb, then shift your focus to an object in the distance. Alternate between your thumb and the distant object several times.

  7. Near and Far Focus:
